We’re excited to share some big news—New Story Schools is opening a brand-new location in Toledo, Ohio!

This new school is being built with one goal in mind: to provide a safe, welcoming, and empowering space for students with autism and other special needs to learn, grow, and thrive. The 15,000 square-foot building sits on a spacious 2-acre lot and includes 15 classrooms, along with a variety of specialty spaces designed to support every aspect of a student’s development.

Students will benefit from rooms like a sensory gym, life skills room, game room, and a gross motor skill area, as well as multiple therapy rooms for occupational therapy, speech, and more. We’re also planning to build an outdoor playground so students can enjoy time outside in a safe and engaging environment.

Along with a thoughtful, student-first layout, the Toledo school will offer a wide range of services tailored to each learner’s unique needs. These include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, counseling, and assessments. The school will also provide behavioral consultation and personalized intervention plans led by a team of dedicated educators and clinicians.

Enrollment will open soon for the upcoming school year, and we look forward to serving families in the Toledo area.
