New Story is thrilled to announce the opening of Rivermont: A New Story School’s (Rivermont) Alleghany Highlands campus new location in Hot Spring, VA. Join us November 4 from 1 – 3 p.m. for an open house to learn how Rivermont is providing world-class programming to learners with autism and their families and tour the new location.

Rivermont Schools, a division of New Story Schools, offers learners with autism or emotional support needs with a high school experience with more support, attention, and services through offerings like individual and group counseling, sensory room, transition programming, gymnasium and more. The Alleghany Highlands location opening is part of a multi-million-dollar investment improving the infrastructure and environment of Rivermont schools across northern Virginia locations.

Additional improvements in Rivermont schools include: · New NOVA campus location,

  • Relocating the Hampton campus to a new space,
  • Undertaking substantial renovations and updates to our Roanoke campus, and
  • Smaller upgrades to several other schools.

“We pride ourselves at New Story in providing the best possible school environment that we can for the learners we serve,” said Paul Volosov, President and Chair of New Story. “Rivermont schools improve the lives of hundreds of families a year in Virginia, and we are honored to be part of that effort.”

This free, public event will take place on Thursday, November 4 from 1-3 p.m. at our new location at 100 Falling Spring Circle in Hot Springs, VA 24445.
