Each year, New Story Schools honor their employees with a recognition breakfast. Staff are treated to a breakfast prepared by their leadership team and are given an opportunity to mingle with one another. At the end of each breakfast, the school leaders give a speech thanking their team members. Additionally, they honor team members who have reached a milestone in employment, such as 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, 10 years and 15 years.
