New Story Schools is putting the finishing touches on its Independence campus as it readies for opening in the coming weeks. The school, which will provide special education for children and young adults with serious and complex behavioral and academic challenges, will be the fifth New Story Schools location in Ohio. It boasts a newly renovated building that aims to provide a nurturing environment, staffed with compassionate and highly qualified special education professionals.

The new campus, which is scheduled to open on February 14, features 12 classrooms, a playground, gymnasium and cafeteria, providing a real school experience with more support to students in grades K-12 in need of special education. This week, New Story Schools put on some finishing touches, installing furniture in the classrooms and setting up smartboards.
