
Dana Anthony, M.S., BCBA, LBS, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been working in the field of behavioral health since 2011. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Millersville University and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University.
Dana has extensive experience across community-based, school, and clinic settings, with a focus on supporting individuals with severe problem behaviors. She is passionate about staff training and shaping new behavior analysts through fieldwork supervision, with a strong emphasis on teaching functional skills and promoting both ethical practice and clinical quality.
In addition to her direct work, Dana is a co-author of "Disseminating Ethical Applied Behavior Analysis within a Human-Service Organization: A Tutorial," reflecting her commitment to advancing ethical standards in the field. Since becoming a BCBA in 2014, Dana has dedicated her career to empowering teams, families, and individuals to achieve meaningful, positive outcomes.
